Terms and Conditions of the "Black Friday" Promotion
(hereinafter also referred to as "Promotion Terms")

I. Preliminary Provisions
These Promotion Terms for the "Black Friday" promotion define the operating rules, conditions, scope, and complaint procedure for the Promotion, the rules for participation, the rights of participants, and the obligations of the Organizer.
The Organizer of the "Black Friday" Promotion is the owner of the PMC Motorsport brand, PMC MOTORS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, telefon: +48 790290035, NIP: PL9592030702, REGON: 385332347.
The Promotion is conducted through the Online Store www.pmcmotorsport-shop.com.
Customers who meet the participation conditions will become participants of the Promotion (hereinafter also referred to as "Promotion Participant").

II. Subject of the Promotion and Conditions for Participation
The subject of the Promotion is the opportunity for the Promotion Participant to receive a discount on Products listed on www.pmcmotorsport-shop.com (hereinafter also referred to as the "Subject of the Promotion").
The Promotion runs from 01:00 AM on 25.11.2021 until 11:00 PM on 30.11.2021 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Promotion Period"). During this period, all products, except for Tilton, Sachs, and LUK clutch sets, will be discounted by up to 12% from the base price.

List of Products excluded from the Promotion for Participants:
For customers from the USA, the following products are excluded:

• Toyota JZ to BMW M50-M57N / N54 Adapter and flywheels

• Toyota JZ to Nissan 350Z / 370Z Adapter and flywheels

• Chevrolet LS to BMW M50-M57N / N54 Adapter and flywheels

• E30, E36 e9* Short Shifters

• E36 E46 Camber Arms Nissan 350Z

• M50 M52 Oil Filter Lid

• E46 Rear Chassis / Subframe Reinforcement Kit

• Nissan 200SX Brake Caliper Adapters

3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing Products under the Promotion does not require additional costs, except for the cost of the Products and delivery).

4. To participate in the Promotion, the following steps are required:

• Familiarize yourself with and accept these Promotion Terms.

• Add Products to the Cart.

5. During the Promotion, the regular price for the Product or Products is reduced by up to 12%.

6. The Promotion does not cover (does not reduce) any shipping costs for Products purchased under the Promotion in the Online Store, which are fully borne by the Promotion Participant. Some products may be excluded from the Promotion during its duration.

7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers, or special price/product offers available in the Online Store, unless the conditions of such promotions explicitly state otherwise.

8. For discounted Products (i.e., Products whose price was already reduced before the Promotion): if the value of the regular price reduction does not exceed the value of the Promotion discount, the regular price will be reduced only by the Promotion discount; if the value of the regular price reduction exceeds the value of the Promotion discount, the Product will not be included in this Promotion.

III. Complaints
Any complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted electronically to office@pmcmotorsport.com or by mail to the following address of the Organizer: PMC MOTORS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, telefon: +48 790290035, NIP: PL9592030702, REGON: 385332347 (hereinafter also referred to as "Complaints").
To expedite the processing of the Complaint, please provide the name of the Promotion Participant, contact information (e.g., email address or phone number), and a description of the reasons for the Complaint.
The Organizer will respond to the Complaint promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date of submission.

IV. Final Provisions

Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the terms used in the Promotion Terms written with a capital letter have the meaning given to them in the Online Store’s terms and conditions available at:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms if necessary for the proper and lawful conduct of the Promotion. In such a case, the Organizer is obliged to immediately inform about the content of the changes to the Terms and the date of their introduction, so that every Customer can familiarize themselves with the new provisions of the Terms.
