A complete installation kit designed to enable easy and quick connection of the BMW gearbox to the Nissan Patrol transfer case. The adapter is specifically designed for engine conversion to BMW M57 3.0, offering a range of benefits: It ensures a stable position for the transfer case, eliminating the need for modifications to the drivetrain system. The installation uses the original Nissan Patrol gearbox crossmember and mounts. The connecting shaft is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, heat-treated for durability.
Wide range of available clutch kits: Single-disc Twin-disc Performance kits with a strength exceeding 1300 Nm The entire BMW gearbox kit with the IOD Performance adapter and the Nissan transfer case is lightweight. Allows the engine to be positioned higher without interfering with the vehicle’s firewall, thanks to the smaller bellhousing diameter compared to the ZD30 gearbox. Equipped with a precision gear selector, ensuring smooth gear changes. Allows for the design of an exhaust system that fits within the vehicle’s frame. Easy assembly and disassembly due to the gearbox’s compact dimensions and light weight. The kits are available in a sport version with a solid connection and a comfort version with a flexible connection. Option to install the adapter and engine at our service center. The adapter thickness is 181mm
