Aluminum clutch kit enabling the connection (swap / conversion) of Toyota JZ 1JZ 2JZ engines (GE GTE VVT-i and non VVT-i versions) with a manual ZF gearbox (ZF Friedrichshafen) gearbox from BMW. 

Custom aluminum flywheel 240mm / 9.45" with interchangeable friction disc (FW001.00.02 spare part available on the website) - adapted for BMW M57 or BMW E46 M3 pressure plate (not compatible with M50 / M52 / M54 / S50 / e36 M3). Each PMC Motorsport flywheel is checked and balanced before shipment, the kit includes all necessary mounting bolts.

Manual Transmission ZF Friedrichshafen GS5-39DZ 5-speed (S5-39DZ), due to its high durability (1000Nm+) and low price, is an ideal solution for drift-prepped cars. ZF GS5-39DZ was installed in BMWs with the cast-iron engine M57 E39 530D 525D and E46 530D. input shaft 28x35-10N

Are you increasing power or looking to switch from manual to automatic transmission? With the PMC Motorsport adapter, it's no problem. The gearbox adapter is designed to easily facilitate transitions, such as upgrading from a 5-speed to a 6-speed or from a manual to an automatic 8HP or DCT DKG transmission. You should use the flywheel / ring gear from the automatic version of the Toyota 1JZ 2JZ, along with one spacer (OE 32116-22020 4.5mm) between the engine block and the ring gear (not

The starter remains OE Toyota 1JZ 2JZ (one mounting hole needs to be enlarged and a threaded insert included in the kit needs to be installed).

Remove the bearing from the crankshaft hub (automatic version JZ) and replace it with a centering sleeve from the kit.

The bearing and clutch release fork remain from the existing gearbox. If you have a bearing with two height positions, use the 24mm position.

Replace the original spherical pin (pivot pin) with the custom one from the kit.
