The Bump Stop 2" (hydraulic bump stop) - universal is an advanced suspension component designed for off-road vehicles, aimed at protecting against excessive compression under extreme loads. Adjustment Instructions for Bump Stop 2” 

Loosen the M8 clamp bolts.
Slide the Bump Stop 2” out of the clamp and adjustment sleeve.

Compress the lock in the adjustment sleeve.

Change the position of the lock in the adjustment sleeve.

To increase the adjustment range, rotate the adjustment sleeve.

Set the lock in the adjustment sleeve to the desired position.
The adjustment travel is 5 mm. The total adjustment range is 25 mm.

Place the adjustment sleeve on the Bump Stop 2”.
Slide the Bump Stop 2” into the clamp.
Tighten the clamp bolts to 23 Nm.
