Installation manual

Installing the flywheel requires the use of the automatic transmission flexplate (starter ring gear) Toyota / Lexus OE 32101-50010 and the 4.5 mm spacer washer between the engine block and flexplate, Toyota OE 32116-50010 (not included in the kit). Bolt the flywheel to the crankshaft using the supplied bolts torqued to 72 Nm (53.1 lb⋅ft) with medium threadlocker applied. The release bearing and clutch fork are included in the kit – mount the clutch fork in the higher position on the release bearing. To complete the adapter installation, the original Toyota UZ starter motor (OE, not included in the kit) must be used.
