Advanced Engineering Solutions
To optimize weight, the control arms feature aluminum uniball heads. These joints are characterized by minimal play, ensuring precise suspension response and direct steering feel. Additionally, aluminum bushings have been implemented in the design - this solution not only reduces weight but also protects critical components from premature wear, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
Bonding Technology
The connection between the carbon tube and the aluminum bushing is made using a specialized adhesive with increased shear and peel resistance. The bonding process takes place under controlled conditions, guaranteeing structural integrity and maximum joint strength.
Our entire production and R&D department are located in Poland. More than 90% of the components are manufactured in-house by our company.
