PMC Technik — forged adjusting links with CFT rolled threads and 40HM (42CrMo4/AISI 4140) rod ends with PTFE liners. Components available in metric sizes M8–M24, from stock, 24h shipping.
Forged Rods (Monoblock): Solid construction, double-end threaded — no welds, no pressed-in sleeves. M12x1,5 CFT rolled thread. RAL 9005 powder coating.
PMC 40HM Uniballs: Ball joints with 42CrMo4 / AISI 4140 (chromoly, Werkstoff 1.7225) housing, Rm 900–1100 MPa after heat treatment. PTFE sliding liner — maintenance-free (no lubrication required), temperature range -50°C to +150°C. Available in male and female thread variants.
Spacers / Misalignment Adapters: Bushings that increase the bearing's angular range — used for custom pivot axes and high articulation angles.
Turnbuckles and Jam Nuts (L/R): Adjustment elements with left and right threads — allow for smooth link length changes without disassembly.
Forged Monoblock — ZERO welds, ZERO HAZ
Rod forged from a single piece of steel. No Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) from welding — homogeneous structure throughout the entire length. Safety factor 6:1 under dynamic loads. Available in sizes M8–M24.
CFT — Cold Formed Thread
Plastically formed thread without cutting — material fibers are compacted, not severed.
Up to 30% higher tensile strength vs. cut threads
