Lightweight rigid flywheel for the BMW B48 B48B20 engine. CNC machined from aluminum, featuring a replaceable steel friction surface. Mounting points are preserved as in the OE flywheel.
The lower inertia of a lightweight flywheel provides significantly better and faster throttle response, which helps improve the car's acceleration. Although engine power is not increased, losses in the drivetrain are reduced, resulting in slightly higher power at the wheels. Lightweight flywheels perform exceptionally well on twisty tracks, as the car regains speed lost in corners much faster.
Our entire production and R&D design department are located in Poland. Over 90% of components are manufactured by our company.

This translates into a more direct drivetrain operation, which may result in a natural increase in audible noise from gearbox mechanisms.
