Le kit permet de combiner le moteur GM Chevrolet V8 LS LS1 LS3 LS7 LM7 LQ et la boite de vitesse très forte et facilement accessible de BMW. La solution parfaite pour sport automobile ainsi que pour le remplacement de boite automatique a la manuelle.
Ce qui nous différencie :
- Les volants d’inertie en alu, légers ont une surface de friction en fonte qui peut être remplacé.
- Chaque exemplaire est soigneusement examinée et équilibrée avant expédition.
- Au moment de conception nous utilisons un outil de mesure (bras) et un scanner de haute qualité
- Grace a l’application d’un outil (bras) de mesure lors de concept et l’utilisation de machines CNC – adaptateur assure alignement parfait du moteur et de la boite de vitesse.

Lors de production, nous n’utilisons que des matériaux certifiés provenant de fournisseurs fiables. L’alliage d’aluminium AW-2017A se caractérise par des propriétés de résistance élevées - haute résistance à la traction et fatigue. Les produits semi-finis en aluminium AW-2017A sont utilisés pour la production d’éléments structurels d’avions, pour la construction de pièces pour la construction de machines, pour la construction d’équipements militaires, de composants pour l’industrie automobile.

Le mode d’installation de l’adaptateur
- Utiliser un volant d’inertie/la jante de la version automatique
- Le volant doit être serré avec un couple de 80 Nm, utilisez en plus de la colle.
- Le roulement et la fourchette d’embrayage restent de votre boite de vitesse. Si vous avez un roulement a deux positions de hauteur – utilisez la position 28.5mm
- Il est nécessaire de raccourcir de la tube BMW OEM 23 11 7 501 714
