1. Which starter should be used with the PMC Motorsport Chevrolet LS / Vortec - BMW adapter?
The PMC Motorsport GM Chevrolet LS - BMW adapter supports all OE Chevrolet LS starters.
2. Which ring gear should be used with the PMC Motorsport Chevrolet LS / Vortec - BMW flywheel?
When installing the PMC Motorsport Chevrolet LS / Vortec - BMW flywheel, you should use the ring gear (flywheel) from an automatic Chevrolet LS version: OE 12654640 12553054 12563136 12580709 12602448 12606620 12637677 or their replacements.
3. What clutch can I use with the PMC Motorsport flywheel?
The Chevrolet LS / Vortec - BMW ZF5 flywheel is designed for a clutch pressure plate from BMW M57 / M57N / M57N2 / N54 / B58 / BMW E46 M3 / Sachs Performance 883082.001243. Clutches from companies like ACT / Spec / Tanaci are very often used with our kit (it is important that the custom clutch pressure plate also fits the BMW OE flywheel: BMW M57 / M57N / M57N2 / N54 / B58). For your gearbox, you should use a clutch disc with the appropriate spline, a dedicated release bearing kit, and a clutch slave cylinder.
