PMC Motorsport adapter / conversion kit for Honda K K20 K24 - BMW ZF 8HP 8HP50 8HP51 8HP70 8HP75 8HP76
Adapter enabling the connection (swap / conversion) of a Honda K K20 K24 engine with a BMW-derived 8-speed ZF 8HP automatic transmission (ZF Friedrichshafen). The kit includes: an aluminium gearbox adapter and a torque-converter adapter with starter ring gear—so the factory Honda K starter remains in place.
Aluminum Adapter Construction
High-quality aluminum ensures high durability and lightweight construction. The material is corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-lasting functionality.
Centering Sleeve
The centering sleeve ensures perfect alignment of the adapter and converter.
Starter Ring Gear
The adapter features a galvanized starter ring gear with identical hardness and durability as the OE part.
8HP Shifter and TCU

The installation guide provides a basic assembly diagram of the engine and gearbox outside the vehicle.
The gearbox adapter and flywheel are manufactured from aluminium and cast iron and are fully recyclable.
First, mount the gearbox adapter to the engine.
