Installation manual

Installing the flywheel requires using the automatic transmission flexplate (starter ring gear) from the automatic version Mercedes-Benz OM605 / OM606 OE 102 032 06 06 (not included). Tighten the flywheel bolts to the crankshaft with a torque of 80 Nm (59 lb⋅ft) using threadlocker. Mount the clutch fork on the lower position of the release bearing (in the case of a two-position bearing). A 240 mm clutch disc with a 32.5x35-26N spline dedicated to the GS6-53DZ transmission must be used. To mount the adapter, use the original Mercedes-Benz OM605 / OM606 starter motor (OE, not included). The release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder are not included in the kit – they are retained from your gearbox.
