The adapter is applicable for BMW M54 M57 M57N N54 N55 N57 engine swaps in the Nissan Patrol.

Installation using the original cross member from the 3.0 engine version and Nissan Patrol gearbox mounts or a cross member produced by IOD. The connecting shaft is made from high-quality, heat-treated chromium-molybdenum steel, ensuring durability and reliability. The low weight of the complete kit, including the BMW gearbox, adapter, and NISSAN transfer case, positively impacts vehicle performance. Easy installation and removal are particularly beneficial during transmission and drivetrain servicing. The adapter installation requires no modifications to the internal structure of the transfer case. Depending on the suspension setup and its adjustments, it may be necessary to adjust the length of the drive shafts. The transfer case is shifted 25mm to the rear compared to its original position.
