GASW 16-2RS FLURO Rod End - M16

 

 

GASW Series - Rod end with an external thread made of free-cutting steel or heat-treatable steel, zinc-plated, with a PTFE insert (maintenance-free).

For use under dynamic load. Dimension series K - with sealing. 

Sliding pair - chrome steel/PTFE

 Sealing 2RS - double-sided, plastic, contact sealing. NBR elastomer, temperature resistance from -30o to +120oC, resistant to mineral oils, greases, gasoline

Locking rings - brass

Spacer sleeves - stainless steel 1.4305

Housing:

up to size 12: free-cutting steel:  [DE 9SMnPb28K, FR S250Pb, IT CF9SMnPb28, SE 1912, GB 230M07, US 12L 13], turned

from size 14: heat-treatable steel: [DE C22, FR XC25, IT C21, SE 1450, GB 070M20,  US M1023], forged

 

Bearing liner: free-cutting steel:  [DE 9SMnPb28K, FR S250Pb, IT CF9SMnPb28, SE 1912, GB 230M07, US 12L 13] with bonded PTFE layer.
