Installation Instructions

For flywheel installation, it is required to use the automatic flexplate / starter ring gear Toyota / Lexus OE 32101-50010 and a 4.5 mm spacer washer between the engine block and flexplate, Toyota OE 32116-50010 (not included). Torque the flywheel to the crankshaft using the supplied bolts to 72 Nm (53.1 lb⋅ft) with threadlocker. Install the clutch release fork from the Sachs XTend kit in the lower release bearing position (in case of a two-position bearing). For adapter installation, use an original Toyota UZ starter motor (OE).
