Installation Instructions

Flywheel installation requires the factory automatic transmission flexplate/ring gear Toyota OE 32101-50010 and the 4.5 mm spacer positioned between the engine block and flexplate, Toyota OE 32116-50010 (not included in the kit). A factory Toyota UZ (OE) starter motor must be used with this adapter plate. The adapter plate thickness is 20 mm / 0.78".

The flywheel bolts to the crankshaft using the supplied bolts torqued to 72 Nm / 53.1 lb⋅ft with medium/high strength threadlocker, and the Tilton pressure plate secures with the provided pressure plate bolts. When installing a 184 mm (7.25") clutch, the gearbox input shaft guide tube must be shortened and the release bearing set to the appropriate position – as illustrated in the technical diagrams below.
