Aluminum custom flywheel enabling the connection (swap / conversion) of the BMW M60 V8 engine with the manual 6-speed ZF GS6-53DZ gearbox (ZF Friedrichshafen) from the BMW 5 Series E60 E61.
The flywheel base is made of a light and durable aluminum alloy. The set includes crankshaft mounting bolts in class 12.9 (ISO 21269) - tightening torque of 120Nm (thread locker must be used for mounting), bolts for mounting the clutch pressure plate, and a custom steel clutch fork pivot pin.
The flywheel is adapted for the clutch kit from BMW M57n 240mm / 9.45" recommended Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 or Sachs Performance 883082.001243 plus a dedicated clutch disc for the gearbox

PMC Motorsport BMW M62 Flywheel Installation Manual
!!! PMC Motorsport parts are intended for motorsport and use on race tracks. Installation must be carried out by professionals using appropriate tools in workshops designed for this purpose !!!
The flywheel is made of aluminum and cast iron and is fully recyclable.
It requires the use of a PMC gearbox adapter (the adapter only fits the EU / LHD version) and a flywheel from the BMW M60 / M62 automatic gearbox version (do not use BMW 24 40 1421305). The starter motor remains BMW OE.



During the test installation, we used a Brembo E06003 slave cylinder, a Sachs xTend 3000 951 952 clutch kit (clutch disc, pilot bearing, clutch fork), and a BMW OE 21526777344 clutch master cylinder.
